How it works
We provide a range of clinically researched programs to meet your needs. Each program is designed to help you work through a specific mental health or wellbeing issue.
A program consists of 6-8 modules and we advise people to try and complete 1 module per week.
However, people have different learning styles and requirements, so you can dip in and outat your own pace and in your own time.
Programs are offered with guidance from a clinically trained coach. Programs can also be offered self-guided (without a coach), depending on your needs. If you have a coach they will review your progress and any messages that you choose to share with them each week. They will then send you a message to give guidance on the next steps on your journey to feeling better
How to get started
During sign up, we will ask you a few clinical questionnaires that will help us to recommend the right program. At this stage we will also work out whether you would benefit from using your program self-guided or with guidance from a coach.
How to fit SilverCloud into your life
To get the most from your programs, we recommend repeating these three things
-
Learn
Each program module consists of information to help you understand how you are feeling, and tools and techniques that will help you to think and feel better. Information is delivered through text, video, illustrations, tools and animations.
-
Apply
Put the skills and strategies you have learned into practice in your daily life.
-
Reflect
Take time to reflect on what you have learned and practiced, and how it may have helped you. There are many tools in the program which help with this such as a Journal, Mood Monitor, Daily Practice, and Goal Setting.
